Since 1958

Inland Empire's family-owned produce & meat house.

Three generations sourcing the freshest produce and prime cuts, holding it cold, and delivering it from our refrigerated fleet to kitchens from Redlands to Rialto.

What we do

The Inland Empire's only fully refrigerated, family-run produce & meat house.

From small twice-weekly truck runs in 1958 to a full warehouse with electronically controlled coolers and a refrigerated delivery fleet today — the way we work has scaled up, but who we work for hasn't changed. Inland Empire restaurants, markets, and guesthouses, kitchen by kitchen.

A fully refrigerated fleet

Cold from our cooler to your walk-in. No break in the chain, no exceptions, no excuses.

Electronically controlled coolers

Every section of the warehouse stays at the right temperature for what's in it. Lettuce, tomatoes, and tropicals don't all want the same air.

Locally sourced when it's local

We buy from Central Valley and Inland Empire farms during the season, and we travel the global market the rest of the year. Quality is always in season; sometimes it just travels.

Our story

Three generations on the Inland Empire.

Fugazi Brothers Supply Co. started in 1958 as a twice-weekly pickup-and-delivery operation off the back of a truck. Late 70s, the warehouse went up. Late 80s, we added dry, canned, paper, and frozen alongside the produce and meat.

Eighty years later, we're still family-owned, still picking up the phone when a chef calls, and still on the same first-name basis with the kitchens we've fed for decades.
